Ethiopia:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Relations between Ethiopia and Somalia are witnessing a state of transformation at the diplomatic level, which was confirmed by mutual visits between the leaders of the two countries, the latest of which was Abiy Ahmed’s visit, which came within the framework of his quest to break the isolation imposed on his country, since 2024, and end the state of disagreement that arose between the two countries, and the first round of negotiations sponsored by Ankara indicates the push for Ethiopian maritime access to the Red Sea through the Somali gate, but this matter may take more time to implement on the ground, so tensions between Mogadishu and Addis Ababa could return again.<\/h4>\n

Somalia is witnessing a remarkable transformation at various levels, whether through strengthening cooperation with neighboring countries or by addressing security and humanitarian challenges, and the Somali government has shown a strong commitment to achieving stability and strengthening international relations to serve the interests of the country, and it is important that these efforts continue to ensure stability and face economic and security challenges, while providing the necessary humanitarian aid to support populations affected by conflicts and natural disasters.<\/h4>\n

Iraq: <\/strong><\/h2>\n

Lebanon:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Lebanese situation witnessed prominent developments during February, most notably the formation of a new government headed by Nawaf Salam, which won the confidence of parliament and pledged reforms, in light of the continuing economic challenges and security tensions on the southern border.
